An IMEI or MEID (Mobile Equipment Identifier) is a unique number exclusive to your phone. It indicates your phone’s manufacturer and model as well as the brands and frequencies it supports. This number will help us determine if your phone works on Escape Cellular.
Find your device’s IMEI or MEID: Dial *#06# to get your phone’s IMEI and enter it above. Your device must use a SIM card or eSIM and be 4GLTE/5G compatible to be on our network.
What is a SIM card? SIM stands for Subscriber Identity Module. The SIM card is a tiny integrated chip. When you insert it into your device, the SIM card identifies the device to the Escape network. You’ll need to receive a Escape SIM card to connect.
Yes! Absolutely if you have an eligible number, you can port in that number to use with your Escape plan of service.
After selecting your plan. You recieve your Activation Kit in the mail. Log in to your My Escape account and choose the Activation Link then select Portin from the Activation menu and follow the prompts. Eazee Peezzz !
We strongly recommend trying to obtain the IMEI or MEID number and checking it here before you purchase a device from a third-party seller. Or securely purchase a unlocked device from The Escape Shop already certified on our unified global network.
Your device must be unlocked. Since we provide our service on a global unified platform, as long as your device is not tied to a carrier financing plan, your phone should work on Escape Cellular.
